Deep Ellum "FREE PARKING" Questionnaire


The City of Dallas is conducting a "free parking" test in the Deep Ellum entertainment area beginning October 1, through November 14, 2004. Parking meters and City lots will be free after 6 p.m. Monday - Friday and all day on weekends. The test will be performed to measure the effect of free parking. Public opinion will be the key to understanding the dynamics associated with parking in Deep Ellum.

Note: This questionnaire is intended to measure your Deep Ellum experience during the "Free Parking" period.
