The meeting was called to order at 2:25 p.m.

The assistant city secretary announced that a quorum of the city council was present.

The invocation was given by Councilmember Donna Blumer.

The meeting agenda, which was posted in accordance with Chapter 551, "OPEN MEETINGS," of the Texas Government Code, was presented.

After all business properly brought before the city council had been considered the city council adjourned at 4:21 p.m.

New Arena Master Agreement and Related Documents, between the City and ArenaCo., a jointly-owned entity of the Dallas Mavericks and the Dallas Stars and other matters related to the New Arena Project (including, but not limited to, the New Arena site, election and financing matters)


Mayor Pro Tem Poss announced that she had a conflict of interest in this issue and would abstain from voting or participating in any discussion. Mayor Pro Tem Poss left the council chamber.


The city manager briefed the city council on the item.
