1.         Authorize a professional services contract with Huitt-Zollars, Inc. for the engineering design of four streetscape projects on Commerce Street/Fort Worth Avenue from Beckley Avenue to Westmoreland Road and a thoroughfare project on Commerce Street from Fort Worth Avenue to Hampton Road (list attached) - Not to exceed $844,525 - Financing:  2003 Bond Funds ($402,025), 2006 Bond Funds ($297,750) and Water Utilities Capital Construction Funds ($144,750) [08-3208; APPROVED]
