1.         Authorize (1) public hearings to be held on September 8, 2010 and September 13, 2010 to receive comments on a proposed tax rate; and (2) a proposal to consider adoption of a 79.72¢/$100 valuation tax rate, or a lower rate as may be proposed by the City Council on September 22, 2010 - Financing: No cost consideration to the City
