42.       Authorize (1) a contract for Union Station Vertical Transportation Upgrade - Escalators with KONE, Inc., the only responsible bidder, in an amount not to exceed $750,000; (2) assignment of the construction contract to Hunt - Woodbine Realty Corporation as the City's construction manager for all purposes, including contract administration, inspection, supervision and coordination of construction work; and (3) an amendment to the Development and Reimbursement Agreement between City of Dallas and Hunt - Woodbine Realty Corporation to provide for this assignment - Not to exceed $750,000 - Financing:  2006 Bond Funds [08-0423; APPROVED]
