3.         Authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment to the Master Agreement for the Development, Use and Operation of the Dallas Black Dance Theatre facility to (1) extend the term of the agreement by thirty-six months to end December 31, 2048; and (2) consent to the sublease of the Dallas Black Dance Theatre facility located at 2700 Flora Street to a master tenant entity controlled by the Dallas Black Dance Theatre to allow the Dallas Black Dance Theatre to received federal historic tax credits in connection with the improvement and rehabilitation of the Dallas Black Dance Theatre facility - Financing:  No cost consideration to the City [08-0225; APPROVED]
